ALGIERS, May 17   (AE&B)-- Minister of Energy Noureddine Boutarfa held discussions, Tuesday in Madrid, with Spanish Minister of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda Alvaro Nadal, during which they examined investment opportunities in the energy sector, said the Ministry in a statement.  The two sides examined the bilateral relations between the two countries, the progress of the ongoing partnership projects and the prospects for cooperation and investment in the energy field, in particular in exploration, production And the transformation of hydrocarbons and renewable energies.                                           The two ministers also discussed gas and electricity interconnection projects between the two countries, as well as partnerships in the field of gas marketing, in order to further strengthen the business relationship between the two countries.
